Just a quick draft of what Movie Optimus could have looked like.



When, you know, it was up to people who appreciate the source material more than Hollywood bobos.



Didn't add shading, reflections nor textures btw. Just a very basic, 2D version. This is just a quick 2-3 hour draft, from which I deduced that the chairs might be better positioned underneath the arm if you'd go with this concept.

Sorry about the legs not being there, but they're not essential to get some idea of what say a Geewunner would like to see, opposed to the movie design as is.

Oh well, maybe if some other people start making Tranformers movies...

Dangit, now we're talking. Digging the Movie OP A LOT, but this idea rocks as well. Can't wait to see it finished! Op rules. ;-)

Hmmm gonna have to save up for two more character comiss by you later on this autumn. Aquila (StrikeEagle/Griffin badass boy) and Victor (Big hoofed HORSE alt bot!!). Hmmm *plots*

Pretty cool. I have grown to like the movie designs but I agree that they could have tried a bit more to be more like the originals.
